Happy New Year!

I hope the new year is treating you well! Below is an update on new rental properties on the market and information on properties recently rented. I have also included some links to articles that I found interesting and good to know.

The rental market is very strong right now. Prices seem to have stabilized and some have increased. As I am sure you know there are a lot of home owners resorting to renting their homes until market values improve. This has created a large supply of homes that are keeping rental values very affordable. I have found the market for large luxury rental homes is very strong right now and I need more of them to rent!

Please keep in mind I pay a 20% referral fee for Owners and Tenants. I’ve noted below  some of the referral fees I have paid out so far. When you refer an owner or tenant I will keep you informed on the rent up and lease end status so that you can keep in touch with your client and know when it is time for them to make another decision in buying or selling.
